Yes, I provide a free and no-obligation quotation.
Do you offer one off cleaning service or is it on a contract basis?
I have a preference for a contractural relationship with a specified period included
What if I'm not happy with the service?
Any complaints (rarely received) are handled immediately with an initial phone call and follow-up action, and then a call back just to ensure the client is fully satisfied. It can often be a good time to initiate a conversation moving forward to just check in with my client about their overall experience. An ongoing check-in template is set up during the initial phase of employment as well and this is readjusted in time to suit each client.
Can you tell me more about your cleaning schedules?
A comprehensive cleaning schedule is set up with set days and times in line with client hours/requirements. Cleaning days/evenings are Mondays to Fridays only.
